Join Jubilee’s Client Council for an Ice Cream Social as we say good-bye to summer, and kick off our exciting slate of upcoming Fall activities.

The ice cream social is co-hosted by the Client Council and Elaine Carney.
Client Council is open to every person supported by Jubilee, and is our a forum for self-advocacy.
