Trauma-informed training teaches crisis prevention and de-escalation skills proven to create an environment where everyone can say, “In this place, and with these people, I feel safe.
This is a two-part course. You may register to take only one part (Relational or Technical) if that is all you need to complete. If you are only registering for Mandt Technical, please bring proof that you are current on Mandt Relational to your class.
Course length: 5 ½ hours for Mandt Technical. Lunch is provided.
Recertification: Required for DSPs every year.
