Advance Planning Course

In this course, we will learn about the importance of planning for how you want to be cared for at the end of life.
We will work together to build a folder of information that your loved ones and caregivers will use to ensure you are receiving the kind of care you want.
This will be a four-part course occurring each Saturday in September from 10-11:30am; Please make sure you can attend all four classes before registering.
The event is free and accessible to everyone.
