Then the Jubilee Vision Board Event is just for you! Come on down to the Jubilee office on July 8 with the PCP Team, where we can help you bring your dreams to life on paper!
We’re hosting a vision board class where you can use your imagination, pictures, and lots of fun to make your goals a reality.
This is a person-centered planning support activity designed to help people identify, express, and document their goals, preferences, and desired outcomes for their lives.
This event is free and accessible to everyone.
