We are pleased to share that Tracey Turner joins Jubilee as our new Director of Human Resources. Tracey is a seasoned human resources executive with a strong record of shaping people-centered, mission-driven organizations.

Over the past two decades in the human resources field, Tracey has become known for her thoughtful leadership in performance management, team development, employee engagement, and HR operations. Her work consistently reflects her deep commitment to justice, equity, and expanding opportunity for staff at every level. She is passionate about building environments where people feel supported, empowered, and able to thrive in service to their community.

Tracey previously led Human Resources at Shepherd’s Table and at So Others Might Eat (SOME), where she guided strategic HR initiatives that strengthened culture, leadership capability, and organizational infrastructure.

Tracey’s appointment marks a new chapter for Jubilee, following the distinguished career of Krista Ogburn, who led Human Resources at Jubilee for 25 years. With gratitude for Krista’s service and dedication to Jubilee and its mission, we wish her the best on her retirement.
