After a 25-year career leading human resources at Jubilee, Krista Ogburn plans to retire at the end of 2025. We are grateful to Krista for her dedication to Jubilee, its mission, and our community.  There will be opportunities to celebrate Krista in the coming months. We are also beginning our search now for a new Director of Human Resources to ensure a seamless transition. 

Krista shared the following reflection:

“When I joined Jubilee in 2000, I could not have imagined the journey before me, the friendships, the challenges, the celebrations and losses, and the difference we would make in the lives of the people we collectively serve. It has been an honor and privilege to work alongside and support such dedicated team members.

I have always felt incredibly proud to work at and represent Jubilee. I’m also proud of all we’ve accomplished together, the resilience we’ve displayed in the face of the pandemic and other adversities, our good name and reputation, our transparent and inclusive partnership with employees, our insistence that the people we support have access to all the joys and experiences that create full, happy lives.”
