A warm Jubilee welcome to Felicia Denman, our new Housing Support Services Program Director. Felicia brings more than 15 years of expertise in affordable housing, community development, and real estate to Jubilee. She is recognized for her ability to build partnerships, enhance program performance, and deliver sustainable community impact.

“Since launching in 2021, Jubilee’s Housing Support Services program has helped more than 200 people navigate and find housing of their own. We’re excited to see what more the service will achieve under Felicia’s expert leadership,” said Executive Director Steve Keener.

Before joining Jubilee, Felicia led efforts to strengthen housing and economic opportunities for underserved communities at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She is a licensed Realtor and consulted for public housing authorities nationwide. A U.S. Air Force veteran, she received a master’s degree in public administration from Villanova University.

We thank Senior Housing Support ManagerFrancess Issa as she departs Jubilee for new horizons. Her leadership and passion for affordable, inclusive housing helped shape our work, and she grew the department to five full-time housing support specialists.
