We can all identify with the frustration of having to reset a forgotten password. It takes time and diverts our focus away from the real task at hand. This was the problem Jubilee presented to volunteers at the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) “Hack for Good” program this summer. We were honored to be selected for this program and learn from experts in program management and technology. Over the course of two days, PMI experts developed a system to reduce login time to about one minute. They also created an AI tool so Jubilee’s Direct Support Professionals can use voice-to-text to document shift notes, including a translation feature in five languages. Jubilee is already implementing changes that will help our frontline staff more easily document their work. Breaking down documentation barriers is critical as it directly ties to Medicaid payments. You can read more about the project here: The Most Important Thing We Built Wasn’t Software | Agile Alliance.
Thank you to our new friends at PMI for donating your time and talent to Jubilee!
